  • HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING BILLING WORK?
    We use a platform to manage all subscriptions made. This platform is responsible for storing your data (of course, with all necessary security measures) and issuing monthly charges according to the plan you choose.
  • WHY DO I NEED TO CHOOSE THE PLAN BY REGION OF THE COUNTRY?
    We want you to have the freedom to choose which region to allocate your donation to here at Construide. Every month, our Headquarters is responsible for distributing the funds according to each signed plan, always demonstrating transparency and responsibility with your resources.
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
    - Credit card: When you subscribe to a plan, you will register your credit card details, and if everything is in order, the same subscription amount will be billed to your card every month on the same date. - Bank Slip: Every month, a bank slip with the subscription amount of your choice will be issued and sent to the registered email. Please be aware that every month the bank slip will be sent on the same date considering the start of your subscription. - Debit Card: Works like a debit card purchase. Every month, you will receive an email with a link to enter your card details, and the amount will be debited from your current account.
  • I MISSED THE PAYMENT DEADLINE FOR THE MONTHLY FEE! WHAT NOW?
    The same platform that issues monthly donations makes new automatic payment attempts, so please keep an eye on your email. Automatic attempts are limited, and at a certain point, you may receive contact from our team to assist you with this.
  • CAN I INCREASE OR DECREASE MY PLAN?
    Yes, of course you can! To request any type of change to your plan, you can contact us through our WhatsApp. You will be assisted by our team and we will help you with whatever is necessary.
  • HOW TO CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD?

  • DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?
    No. It is indefinite and automatically renewed every year.
  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
    We hope everything goes well and you won't need to cancel your subscription. But if necessary, please contact our team, and we will assist you in this process as well.
